Each of the six sections features a different series of gently flowing yoga poses. Created for morning workouts, it's designed to “help you wake up with your natural flow of energy.” You'll start with toning exercises. The next sequence includes faster-paced, dancer-style moves. That's followed by balance-focused poses (e.g. standing on one leg). The workout ends with a series of opening poses and a peaceful, “deep relaxation” segment (with quiet chanting music).
