Well-cued yoga with three goal-targeted segments: connect, energize and breathe. They're smooth-flowing sequences of classic yoga moves, all beautifully filmed in the Colorado mountains. “Connect” emphasizes moves that “ground you to Mother Earth.” “Energize” features slightly faster-paced, spine and heart-focused exercises. “Breathe” begins with traditional yoga and ends with lying meditation (“keep your mind awake to the present moment”). All three sections tie your breathing to the movements (“observe the rhythm of your breath and the beating of your heart”). Mostly intermediate level, a few moves are more challenging (e.g. a crow pose where you're balanced on your hands). ©2012.
